Al for All: AI for All: Initiatives, Pathways, and Training Opportunities

DataScientia is pleased to announce the participation of our member Matteo Busso in the upcoming ICT Days 2026, a leading initiative dedicated to Information and Communication Technologies organized by the University of Trento.
As part of the program, the event will feature a Seminar with Matteo Busso (University of Trento, Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science) titled “AI for All: Initiatives, Pathways, and Training Opportunities”.
In a historical moment in which artificial intelligence is redefining processes, skills, and decision-making methods, the seminar will explore the central role of education in enabling individuals to understand AI, interpret its impact, and contribute consciously to its development.
The session will present initiatives promoted by the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science in collaboration with the Knowdive group and DataScientia, aimed at advancing human-centered, inclusive, and common-good AI through the integration of education, research, and innovation.
This vision is reflected in the development of accessible, modular, and adaptable training pathways, designed to meet the needs of diverse audiences, from beginners to professionals, and to foster a critical, practical, and market-relevant understanding of AI.
Within this framework, the seminar will highlight two major European initiatives:
- PNRR EDVANCE EAI, focused on strengthening advanced digital education
- Erasmus+ AI4EVERYONE, aimed at expanding access to high-quality AI training
The talk will also provide an overview of current and upcoming educational opportunities, including:
- courses for students and academic staff
- online learning formats and MOOCs
- specialized initiatives such as Winter Schools
The ICT Days continues to serve as a key platform connecting academia, industry, and students, fostering dialogue around emerging technologies and future skills.
Through its participation, DataScientia reinforces its commitment to promoting AI literacy and supporting the development of inclusive and responsible approaches to artificial intelligence across Europe.
